JTCS is a facilitator for verified Haldwani property listings, matching, site visits, and optional deal/brokerage documentation. JTCS is not the owner, seller, buyer, tenant, guarantor, or adjudicator unless a separate written agreement expressly says so, or applicable law requires it. This notice does not exclude any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

JTCS can acknowledge the issue and facilitate communication where applicable. Submitting a dispute does not make JTCS an adjudicator or a financially responsible party.
